About Soulsdle
Soulsdle is a daily guessing game about the worlds of FromSoftware. Every day it generates four new puzzles drawn from hundreds of bosses and named characters across Demon’s Souls, the Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring and Nightreign. It is free, it has no accounts, and it takes about five minutes a day.
The four daily puzzles
- Classic - narrow down the boss of the day through attributes: which game it belongs to, which region, its type, its weaknesses, its soul reward and health, and whether it comes from a DLC.
- Quote - a single line of dialogue appears, with names censored. Identify who said it.
- Silhouette - a boss image is heavily obscured and clears gradually with each wrong guess.
- NPC - five progressive clues about a named character: role, location, species, covenant and whether they trade with you.
There is also an Infinite mode, which drops the once-a-day limit and lets you filter by game - useful if you only ever played Elden Ring, or if you want to grind Bloodborne until the NPC roster is memorised.
How the daily puzzle is chosen
The answer is derived from the calendar date, so every player in the world gets the same four puzzles on the same day and nobody can reroll for an easier one. Your progress and streak live in your browser’s local storage - there is no account, no server-side profile, and clearing your browser data resets everything.
Where the data comes from
Boss and character attributes are compiled from the community Fextralife wikis, which remain the most complete public reference for these games. Every entry links back to its source page. The written guides on this site are original essays and are not reproduced from any wiki.
If you spot a wrong attribute, a missing boss or a misattributed quote, please write in. Corrections are the most useful thing anyone sends.
Who makes it
Soulsdle is built and maintained by a single developer, as an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FromSoftware or Bandai Namco.
